Are Personal accounts really free?
Last Updated: Dec 03, 2004 22:03 PM

Yes. There are no fees for consumers to send money funded with their PayPal balance. Non-U.S. members will be charged a $1.95 USD Expanded Use Fee before they may use their accounts to send money. PayPal also provides premium services at low rates for businesses.
