 How do I get cash back if my item price dropped?
 If you ordered from Amazon.com within last 30 days and your item price dropped, you are eligible for a refund of the price difference. To claim your credit:
- Visit: http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/contact-us/returns-and-refunds.html
- Change the Subject dropdown menu to Refund Inquiry (last on the list).
- Provide your order number (from your email receipt).
- In the Comments box, write that the price of your item has dropped
within the last thirty days and that you would like a credit.
Specify the item number and the original price, and the current price
you saw on Amazon.com.
- Click the Send e-mail button.
- Wait for your credit! Amazon.com will review your request and then
send you an email and give you a credit!
Their customer service will process your request within 24 hours and you will get refund for the price difference promptly.
To set up an automatic price drop alert, please add your ordered items in your price alert list.
